Job Title and Area of Responsibility:
Title: Israel365 Bible Community Relations Executive
The Israel365 Bible Community Relations Executive is the key liaison between the organization and Community Members. The job entails creating and coordinating personal and segmentation strategies to develop relationships with members in order to build loyalty and engagement. Initially, this will be a part time position between 10 to 15 hours weekly.
High Level Strategic Responsibilities:
- Create, build, nurture and lead relationships with Israel Bible Community Members to significantly increase their overall participation and engagement
- Communicate, market and coordinate all live educational initiatives that support the engagement of Israel Bible Community Members (Chavrutot, Podcasts, etc)
- Assist the Donor Relations Executive in identifying potential “Cohen” level Israel Bible Community Members
- Collect and communicate constructive feedback from Community Members to the internal marketing team
Daily Tactical Responsibilities:
- Welcome and onboard new members
- Initial one and one learning with all members to welcome on board and gauge level and interest.
- Setting up Chavrutot based on level, interest and convenience
- Check in on members to see if they are using our resources well and encourage Chavrutot
- Teach weekly online classes from TIB products
- Listen to the community and provide feedback to marketing team
- Host community events (birthday parties, name ceremonies, holidays)
Key Performance Indicators:
- TIB growth
- Posts per day
- TIB churn rate
Skills/Past Experience:
- Proven track record of leading digital marketing campaigns
- Cultural fluency in Israeli, American, Christian and Jewish culture
- Familiarity with digital tools especially Facebook
- Bonus: Cultural fluency in Christian culture
